1. Zero-Retention Core Principle

VeriPulse Labs was built on a foundational principle: we verify data without storing it. When your applications submit queries (such as an email address or a telephone number) to our API endpoints, the query payload is processed exclusively in volatile random-access memory (RAM) to compute syntax, DNS MX records, carrier classification, and heuristic risk scores. Upon transmitting the JSON response back to your client, the query payload is immediately cleared from volatile memory. We do not write query payloads to persistent disks, databases, or third-party ad networks.

3. Data Protection Roles (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

• VeriPulse as Data Processor: When you submit end-user identifiers to our API, you are the Data Controller and VeriPulse Labs acts as a Data Processor.
• Zero Sale of Personal Information: VeriPulse Labs does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade any personal data submitted through our APIs or website.
• Cross-Border Transfers: Data is transmitted using TLS 1.3 encryption across globally distributed edge nodes (Cloudflare) to ensure sub-40ms execution without permanent overseas storage.

4. Third-Party Marketplace Services

If you consume VeriPulse APIs via RapidAPI or other developer marketplaces, your account credentials, credit card details, and billing records are managed directly by that marketplace under their respective privacy policies. VeriPulse Labs does not receive or store your raw payment details.

5. Security Standards

All network traffic to and from VeriPulse Labs is strictly enforced over HTTPS utilizing TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols. Our edge routing is protected against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks and malicious scraping through Cloudflare edge protection.
